Safety: Number of health and safety related deficiencies

Number of health and safety related deficiencies and/or non-conformities (excluding operational-, navigational-, HR-, security- and environmental deficiencies) including any substandard act, practice or condition recorded during external inspections and audits by external bodies (class, port state, flag state, underwriters, ITF) including statutory audits, but excluding other voluntary inspections made for the purpose of quality improvement or for commercial reasons, such as SIRE, CDI or other charterer inspections.
